It does matter how good or bad he is, his position is no longer needed with the new form of government. The position absolutely needs to go, to save a couple hundred grand.(Including his golden benefits)

We thought we elected RP to streamline the Government, instead we got more of the democratic spending and borrowing and spending and borrowing. Well I got the message and I hope you did to. All that type of CHANGE is exactly whats left in my paycheck. RP do the job you were elected for ie: TS position. Remember next November is coming. All of us that got ML elected and got burnt are looking to speak at the polls. RP you follow on ML's coatails i hope and pray you both pay for your political sins. Vote D for Sheriff and R for County Executive.

Funny how good things are when ML is around when he is not the same old shit day to day. He needs to real in a couple of the butter bars. I hope he can see what is going on. In a time when pay is cut and morale is low they just continue to kick. Total lack of true leadership.

Cut Shea and while you're at it cut Fineran too. And take back that 6% across the board increase for all those top positions.
We elected a county executive for a reason. Ted Shea's position is no longer needed, why is here still here exactly maybe Mr.Pollitt could answer that question for us sometime. Ted makes far too much money to be kept around, basically it sounds to me like he is a very highly paid assistant to Mr.Pollitt, if that's that case I want his job I have worked as an executive assistant for 15 years, I can do the job.
