To Several Comments....

We here at the WicBury Crapper have been drawing some attention for several weeks now and have gotten some pretty positive feedback from several readers (see below). However we would like to address a couple of concerns other readers had.

First and foremost we are not against administration, we just side with the peons. That's why, unless really outlandish behavior exists, we don't print crap about administrators as individuals, as that is not our forte.

Second, contrary to popular belief, we may not one guy (hence the word "we" in the majority of our publishing). Several of us may publish under the name of the WICBURY CRAPPER and may work for several different organizations, be active, or retired. We also have contributors that post to us. But we may not be who you think we are... or we might be right under your noses.... looking up, god trim your nose hair!

Or.... we could be just one guy, who knows.

To address the comment below.. we are not stupid. Administration is an important part of any organization however in various organization it may be flawed or malfunctioning. Having said that it is much easier to point a finger of blame at administration because it's the easiest to locate in any agency as the decision making entity. Above all else the job of a police officer is to protect the rights of the citizens and provide fair and equal treatment under the law. However, some people have forgotten that those rights extend to police officers, as being responsible tax paying citizens, serving their communities daily, putting their lives on the line for everyone. Poop on people that stroke us against our grain.

We are simply practicing our right under freedom of speech, just like this other idiot the Salisbury Grinch. Moreover, little of what we publish is directed at any specific organizations administration in a negative manner, specific to that individual organization. However, we do not screen what our readers comment with the exception of screening out negative, UNTRUE, comments about individual police officers or cops as a whole or racial comments or other completely inappropriate comments. Bear in mind we freely tell you our publication is complete and utter crap so, there is no confusion. Read this crap if you want, if not go do something else. Again its our toilet bowl, we do what we want.

Someone much smarter than us once said, the difference between bravery and stupidity is a just cause. Nothing is ever stupid if there is a just reason for doing something. Our reason is to support peon cops, plain and simple.

By the way, "blogger" does not support recording of IP addresses to the blogger (although it may internally). So, when the Salisbury Grinch provided a picture of a IP address two weeks ago it was probably his own or someone Else's but, blogger will not provide it to us. So, not to worry. Talk all the crap you want.

If you think you have what it takes, know English, have a GED and most of your teeth, we may be looking for you! To be a columnist you will be assigned or be able to pick from several topics that you can write about at least once per week. Its not rocket science. We are not a "NEWS" blog so don't worry about reporting current events, unless you want to.

1. Be sure to tell us what line of work you are in. We don't collect IP addresses
   so, we don't care who you are. We have better things to do like chase women.
2. Don't tell us who you are. We never want to know who writes for us.
3. Don't try to figure out who we are, you'll never find out.
4. We will assign topics, you may either accept them or reject them.
5. You ain't getting a dime for this crap.
6. You must use the words "crap, toilet, flush, turd" or something related to a toilet to reflect the fine journalism of this publication in each article.
7. If you talk or write like, "Yo, yo so what had happened waz this bioach said..." forget it.
8. If you wear a ball cap with the brim facing anyway but forward or directly backward or if it still has stickers on it, forget it. The brim must be curved and not flat.
9. We reserve the right to not publish your drivel.

Welcome all to the new WicBury crapper.




Blog sites Salisbury and Wicomico County such as the tend to bring us filtered, slanted, laced with personal retribution, tied into government figures, and plainly politically motivated "news", we do no such thing. Poop on that. We are in the business of not being in the business of making brownie points (brown nosing) or payback for what ills us. However, we will share out opinion with you, you may agree or disagree and frankly we don't give a crap either way. Therefore, we called this blog what it should be called, a crapper or shitter if you will (we were trying to be nice) which we feel emulates the general feeling you get while living in the City of Salisbury and some parts of the county. Lets face it, the county is generally nicer than the city. It just is. Who the hell wants to live on Smith street, Delaware Ave, Church Street, Homer Street or any of those other shit holes? Seriously.





Anyways, welcome to our blog, we hope you enjoy it. Just have a couple of quick rules...

1. Yes this blog is moderated. That means if I don't like what you say I just don't post your crap. Remember, this is a toilet but I like to keep the wipes close by.
   Don't talk crap about people who you have very little knowledge of or have no experience in dealing with. Jumping on the bandwagon is wrong when you don't know what the hell you are talking about. That's our job. And if we don't like what you are saying on who you are saying it about we may publish your comment but, we may poop on your face.
2. We support all police agencies and their personnel. Although some, very few, cops are idiots. However, we are not in the practice of screwing with them or being an annoyance to them. Poop on that. They protect us. If we find that a cop is getting hammered on other sites, we may or may not support that cop based on our own research and information.
3. Although we will find fault with police agencies and local governments, this does not mean we dislike their police personnel or government personnel. It just means we are right and they are wrong, obviously. We reserve the right to be always right.
4. A dog never shits where he sleeps. That has no real application here, we just like the saying.
5. You have no idea of who we are and you will never know who we are. Don't bother trying to figure it out. We know you can't get our IP address even though you can bullshit that you can. You can wonder, ponder, and accuse us of being various people but the truth is poop on you and paranoia. It's a crappy blog, get over it. It's here for your and our amusement, little else. If you don't like it, double poop on you. :)
6. We don't care where we "rate" in the blog world... we are a toilet... who cares. This is not a "news organization" or an "MSM". It's a place for crappy opinions.
