GUILTY!
Kenneth Alvira has been found guilty of murder in the Anitra Pirkle case.Too bad we don't have the death penalty like Texas where this animal would be killed dead by lethal injection. Unfortunately, we don't have the laws to bring our criminals to justice in the way they need to be disposed of.

Lethal injection, your ass. That is far to humane for this animal. Cuff his sorry ass to a wall and have a poison dart throwing contest. Let him die painfully and slowly like he left Anitra to die. Lets also be sure it is mid winter and 13 degrees or less.

Does anyone know what judge was on the bench during this trial? Come on, I know someone knows. Looks like almost every cop in the county was listed in the case file.
Good job by all. Now lets get the judge to grant Ruarks request of maximum sentence on all counts...to run consecutively.
